By placing an order and accepting these terms, you agree that the following terms and conditions apply. Support your purchase of repair parts and tools for repairing computers and other electronic products from AvenueMac.

AvenueMac, located in at 78 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, Bureau 562, 75008 Paris, FRANCE, can be reached by telephone at 01 84 80 09 38 or by e-mail at contact@avenue-mac.com .

These common expressions are identified below and will have the following meanings:

« Professional customer » designates a person who purchases one or more products from AvenueMac as part of their business. commercial, industrial, artisanal or professional, whether acting personally or through another person acting in the name or on behalf of the company.

« Consumer customer » designates a person who purchases one or more products from AvenueMac and who is not a professional customer.

The general conditions of this rental are defined in the general rental conditions, which you will find below.

You agree to use AvenueMac Products to repair the computer repaired by you. in a manner consistent with these General Conditions. If you are a Consumer Customer, AvenueMac Products are intended for use by you. be used for the repair for which they were intended. purchased and may not be resold or otherwise transferred. For certain products, AvenueMac recommends the use of additional equipment and/or tools (such as gloves and pliers).

2. DATA LOSS

We understand that user data (including photos, contacts, and files of all types) is protected ;heavenly. Data loss during repair is always possible, and in some cases, data may be erased or unrecoverable. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to Back up all existing data, software and/or programs on your computer before carrying out a repair. AvenueMac will not be liable for the following: (1) any loss, recovery or compromise of data, software or programs; (2) any impossibility loss of use of your computer resulting from an in-house repair using an AvenueMac product; or (3) any form of temporary or permanent damage to your property. your computer resulting from a repair carried out outside your home. using a product from AvenueMac, unless such loss or damage is caused by a defective AvenueMac product.

3. ORDER, ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER

To order products from the AvenueMac store, you can go to the Store website at address https://avenue-mac.com/ . 6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order and return an AvenueMac product for any reason, or without giving any reason, within 30 days following the day on which the you, or a person designated by you, have taken physical possession of the AvenueMac product.

You can cancel your order at any time. any time after you receive the order confirmation email, but before you receive the shipping notification email. Once you have received the shipping notification email, you must follow the return procedure outlined below.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the day the item was received. you, or a person designated by you, have entered in possession of the AvenueMac product in accordance with this Article 4 above (the “Return Period”). AvenueMac only accepts returns of products purchased from the store that are returned in new, unused, unaltered condition. and in their original packaging. 7. AVENUEMAC LIMITED WARRANTY

AvenueMac Products are subject to the French commercial guarantee which, subject to certain limitations and exceptions described therein, provides recourse for AvenueMac Products which present material or manufacturing defects during the warranty period (which, for used products, is 180 days from the date of original retail purchase, and for new products, is 180 days from the date of original retail purchase, and for new products, is 1 year from initial retail purchase). If you are a Consumer Customer, you may also be entitled to a repair or replacement under consumer law outside the warranty period.   • any AvenueMac Product that has been purchased repaired or modified to alter its functionality. or the ability to without the written permission of AvenueMac;

  • consumable parts, such as adhesives, need to be replaced. unless the failure of the consumable is due to a defect in materials or manufacturing;

CONFIDENTIALITY INFORMATION STORED ON THE AVENUEMAC PRODUCT OR REPAIR DEVICE.

THE ABOVE LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO CLAIMS FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY, TO CLAIMS CONCERNING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ALL RESPONSIBILITY LEGAL FOR INTENTIONAL ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS AND GROSS NEGLIGENCE.

2. Duration of Rental

3. Rental Terms
