By placing an order and accepting these terms, you agree that the following terms and conditions apply. Support your purchase of repair parts and tools for repairing computers and other electronic products from AvenueMac.

3. ORDER, ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER

CONFIDENTIALITY INFORMATION STORED ON THE AVENUEMAC PRODUCT OR REPAIR DEVICE.
THE ABOVE LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO CLAIMS FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY, TO CLAIMS CONCERNING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ALL RESPONSIBILITY LEGAL FOR INTENTIONAL ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS AND GROSS NEGLIGENCE.
